Overview
Advantage Solutions is a global marketing and sales agency supporting major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, and CVS. As part of the product team, I helped redesign the internal Event Management platform - a core tool used to plan, track, and manage in-store retail activations and promotional events across large retail networks.
The redesign focused on improving usability, modernizing workflows, and enabling enterprise clients to efficiently manage high volumes of events across multiple locations.
